Payment & Returns

PAYMENT

We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Payments made remotely are only accepted by bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, the amount received after the deduction of any bank fees and/or conversion rates to pounds sterling must not be less than the sterling amount payable, as set out on the invoice. If paying by cheque, all cheques must clear before any jewellery is posted/collected. All orders placed at our office are charged for immediately at the time of ordering. We do not accept payments by PayPal.

Jewels of Vertu does not store any financial information.


DELIVERY

We offer a delivery service within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is fully insured and typically a next day service. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the item has been posted. This carries a cost of £15.00.


RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied then please email or telephone us within 14 days of receipt of the item/s to let us know of your intention to return the item.

Items that have been personalised, resized or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Item(s) must be returned to us within 48 hours of you notifying us via a secure and insured service, at your expense. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were in when received by you - damaged, broken or altered items (including resizing) will not be accepted for a refund. We will refund the full purchase price of the item/s, excluding postage costs within 48 hours of receiving the item. The refund will be in the same form as the original payment. If paid via credit card, please allow a few days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.
