A fine and unusual cluster brooch featuring a large natural bouton-shaped pearl set within four rose-cut diamond-set claws, framed by a surround of beautiful pinkish-red Burmese rubies and gold bead detailing, to a gold knife edge bar. Offered with the original tooled leather presentation box.
