A Victorian mourning locket with an applied half pearl and rose-cut diamond star motif on a circular black enamel plaque, a vacant glazed compartment to the reverse lined in moiré silk within a gold border, beautifully inscribed "Henry Boded Esq died August 12th 1862 aged 54 years.
